HANOVER TWP. — Police in Hanover Township are requesting assistance in locating Nehemiah Joseph Samuel, 20, on allegations that he stole a firearm on Mark Drive on July 29.
Police obtained an arrest warrant for Samuel on Monday, charging him with theft, receiving stolen property and reckless endangerment.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Samuel, of Wilkes-Barre, is asked to call the Hanover Township Police Department Detective Division at 570-825-1250.
